Plentyoffish’s Best New Feature Called Meet Me

Anyone who knows me knows I have the most respect for Markus, the owner of Plentyoffish.com and this time I can only offer more simply because of one addition to his free dating site - namely his new feature called Meet Me.

I have to give it to POF for this feature. I can honestly admit that I’m not sure if paid dating sites offer this type of feature because I tend to visit free dating sites over the paid ones any day of the week. No offense but I feel it’s pushing it just a little paying to find love although I must admit it just might be more practical. Who’s to say?

Why is Meet Me so awesome?

This is how Meet Me works: Once logged into your Plentyoffish account, you’ll see a text button in the top or secondary menu bar labeled Meet Me. Once you’ve clicked it you’ll arrive on a page that displays a profile snippet of someone within your search area. On that page you can click through to the users profile, view their pictures and most importantly, rate them on whether or not you would like to meet them. Great!

So whats the point of Meet Me?

Well that’s a very good question and you’ll be exited to know that along with that page comes another link to a page that lists all the people that want to meet you. In my humble opinion that’s a piece of incredible information. Having the ability to know that a person has clicked yes in a decision as to whether they would like to meet you is akin to owning a slab of gold. What next? Go to their profile, read the profile and send a message saying hello. They’ll be impressed and happy you inquired.

How can you go wrong? This feature not only increases connection rate but from a marketing point of view it must substantially increase conversion rates as well. In my opinion, the Meet Me feature at Plentyoffish takes the Hot or Not idea to a whole new level.
